Lisa Hosler
President
Lisa has served as Align Life Ministries President since its inception in 1985 and provides vision, spiritual direction, and strategic oversight. Lisa graduated from Lancaster Bible College and received an MS from Millersville University. She is passionate about clients coming into a saving, life-changing relationship with Jesus. If Lisa is not talking with friends, writing, taking pictures, or taking a walk, you’re likely to find her where sand, seashells, and ocean waves abound.

Kati Swisher
Executive Vice President
Kati served Align Life Ministries since 1994 in a variety of leadership roles before going home to Heaven in May 2022 after a 3 year battle with a rare, aggressive cancer. In her time at Align she provided excellent, ease-filled execution and oversight for the ministry so more people can choose spiritual and physical life. Matt Kocher
Vice President of Resources and Communications
Matt joined our ministry in 2020 after 12+ years as Vice President at a communications agency specializing in ministry and non-profit brand development and communication strategy. He and his wife, Michelle, love navigating their crazy life together along with their two children. Matt is a self-proclaimed “foodie,” a Disney fanatic, and lives to worship Jesus.

Julie Baum
Director of Supporter Relations
Julie joined our ministry in 2011 after working in the world of corporate chemicals and serving as one of our volunteers since the early 1990’s. Today, in her role as Director of Supporter Relations, she shares the heart of Align Life Ministries wherever she goes. Julie lives in Lancaster County with her husband and two daughters, and tries her best to keep up with them all.

Mary Anna Wingenroth
Executive Assistant
Mary Anna joined our staff in 2002 as Administrative Assistant. She left in 2013 to serve the Lord with her husband Randy in Zambia and Liberia for five years. Upon returning to the States, God opened the door for her to come back to our ministry, this time as Client Services Assistant. She stands in awe of how God orchestrates our lives! Mary Anna lives in Lancaster with Randy and their little Yorkie.

Becca Keretzman
Pregnancy Services Director
Becca joined the ministry in 2020. She has a BSW from Lancaster Bible College and an MSW from West New Mexico University. Becca and her husband, Ian, reside in York, and both enjoy being part of their church’s worship team. Becca delights in being outside in the sunshine, spending time with friends and family, and working on puzzles of all kinds.
