He Does More Than We Ask or Think
The Bible declares to us in Ephesians 3:20 that God is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us. We recently saw this verse illustrated in the life of Dana, one of our beloved volunteer client advocates at Align.
Now, our volunteer advocates are carefully and thoroughly trained to offer encouragement and education to clients who may be vulnerable to the pressures of abortion or lacking support during pregnancy or parenting. As part of a client advocate’s onboarding, they are also trained how to share the gospel.
Dana recently told us that because of serving as a client advocate at Align, she is finding herself more comfortable talking about the Gospel in general. For example, she was able to share the gospel freely with a family member over the holidays! She told us, “It just rolled off my tongue with such confidence and grace that I even surprised myself!”
We can trust that God equips us to do what He calls us to do. It’s delightful when that equipping spills over to help us in other areas of our lives as well.
