He Used A Car Seat
You never know what God will use to help clients learn about the help He’s established in the community for them. Recently, He used a car seat! Here’s how it happened…
A young pregnant woman was stocking shelves in a grocery store when she noticed a mom walking down the aisle pushing a shopping cart. The mom had put her baby, who was nestled inside a car seat, into the large basket part of her cart. The pregnant clerk said to the young mom, “I really like your car seat. I’m gonna need one of those soon myself. Where’d you get it?” The young mom answered – “I got it at Align Pregnancy Services. I took their prenatal course and earned this free car seat. I also learned a lot about being a good mom in the process. It’s a neat program. You should check it out.” And the clerk said. “I think I will.” She did! And she enrolled in our prenatal classes.
Perhaps now more than ever before – we’re seeing the Lord use complimentary baby supplies as a loving invitation for new moms in need across our region. We offer car seats as a reward for our clients when they complete our prenatal course. **We have car seats to give them because of the generosity of local individuals, churches, and businesses. These supporters are living out Philippians 2:4, which says, “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
